Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

1. Return & Refund Window
You may request a return and refund within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt.
After 14 days, we can no longer accept return or refund requests unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection laws.
2. Shipping Fees & Postage Policy
For Orders within the United States
- Orders over USD $110 qualify for free shipping (covered by Calixolii).
- For returns due to customer’s personal reasons (non-defective and not caused by Calixolii), a USD $6.99 return shipping fee will apply and be deducted from your refund.
- If the return is due to Calixolii’s fault (e.g., wrong item shipped, quality defect), return shipping costs will be covered by Calixolii.
For Orders outside the United States
- International orders do not qualify for free shipping. Shipping costs must be paid by the customer at the time of purchase or as otherwise applicable.
- For returns due to the customer’s personal reasons, return shipping costs must be fully borne by the customer, and we do not accept “cash on delivery” parcels.
- International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and clearance delays, all of which are the customer’s responsibility.
3. Shipping Carriers
Calixolii partners with various third-party carriers, including but not limited to UPS, FedEx, DHL, USPS, Amazon, and reserves the right to use other carriers when necessary. Shipping methods may be selected based on order value, destination, and service availability.
4. Return Conditions
- The product is in new, unused, and unwashed condition, with original packaging, tags, and all accessories intact.
- The product is not damaged by the customer and remains in a resellable condition.
- Hygiene-sensitive items (such as intimate apparel, underwear, swimwear) cannot be returned once opened, unless there is a manufacturing defect.
- Limited edition items, promotional sale items, and gift cards are non-returnable and non-refundable.
5. Return Process
1. Contact our customer service at support@calixolii.com within the return period, stating the reason for your return.
2. We will review your request within 1–3 business days and provide the return address and instructions.
3. The customer must ship the product within 7 calendar days after receiving the return instructions, and provide valid tracking information.
4. Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund within 5–10 business days. Refunds will be made to the original payment method. (Please note that processing times may vary depending on your payment provider or bank.)
6. Special Notes
- For defective or damaged items, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt with clear photos or videos so we can verify and resolve the issue promptly.
- If the returned product does not meet the above requirements, we reserve the right to refuse the refund and return the item to you (at your expense).
- We reserve the right to modify this policy at any time, and updates will be posted on this page with the effective date.

ADDITIONAL PROVISIONS
Delivery Confirmation & Risk Transfer
Once the carrier updates the tracking status as “Delivered” to the shipping address provided by the customer, all risks of loss, theft, or damage pass to the customer. Calixolii will not be responsible for any loss or theft that occurs after delivery confirmation. We strongly recommend selecting a secure delivery address or using a carrier pick-up location if theft is a concern.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable: personalized or customized products, free gifts, and any items marked as final sale. These exceptions apply unless the item arrives damaged or defective due to Calixolii's fault.
International Duties, Taxes, and Customs
International customers are responsible for any and all customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country. Calixolii is not responsible for delays, refusals, or losses caused by customs clearance processes. If an order is refused at customs, the customer remains responsible for any return shipping costs and related fees.
Refund Deductions
For returns caused by customer preference or reasons not related to product defects, the original outbound shipping cost will not be refunded. Additionally, U.S. domestic returns for such cases will incur a $6.99 return shipping fee, and international customers are responsible for their own return shipping costs.
Policy Changes & Interpretation
Calixolii reserves the right to update or modify this Return & Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. The most current version of the policy will be posted on our website, and the version in effect at the time of your purchase will apply. Calixolii retains the sole right of interpretation for this policy.
