2. Shipping Destinations
We ship to customers worldwide. Shipping rates, delivery times, and available shipping options vary depending on the destination country or region.
3. United States Domestic Shipping
For purposes of this policy, “United States Domestic Shipping” includes all 48 contiguous states, Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico.
- Orders of USD $110 or more (after discounts, before taxes) qualify for free standard shipping within the United States Domestic Shipping area.
- Orders under USD $110 will be subject to a shipping fee calculated at checkout.
4. International Shipping
International shipping includes all countries and territories outside the United States Domestic Shipping area, including Canada and Mexico.
- International shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on destination, package weight, and selected shipping method.
- International orders are shipped on a DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) basis, meaning the recipient is responsible for any customs duties, taxes, and import fees imposed by the destination country.
5. Carriers
We primarily ship orders via trusted carriers such as UPS, FedEx, DHL, USPS, and Amazon Logistics, but reserve the right to use alternative carriers at our discretion.
6. Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment confirmation. Processing times may be longer during peak seasons, promotional periods, or due to unforeseen circumstances.
7. Estimated Delivery Times
- United States Domestic Shipping: Estimated delivery within 3-7 business days after dispatch.
- International Shipping: Estimated delivery within 7-21 business days after dispatch, depending on destination and customs clearance procedures.

8. Tracking
A tracking number will be provided via email or text message once your order has shipped. Tracking availability may vary for international destinations.
9. Shipping Restrictions
Some products may not be eligible for shipping to certain destinations due to local laws, regulations, or carrier restrictions. We reserve the right to cancel any orders that cannot be legally or logistically fulfilled.
10. Points Redemption Restrictions
Reward points earned through our membership program cannot be applied to shipping fees, taxes, or customs duties.
11. Delays and Force Majeure
We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to weather conditions, natural disasters, customs delays, labor disputes, or carrier issues.
12. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 business days of delivery (or the estimated delivery date for lost packages) at support@calixolii.com. We will investigate the matter with the carrier and, if applicable, arrange a replacement or refund in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

We may update this Shipping Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for other operational, legal, or regulatory reasons. The revised version will be effective as of the date it is posted on our website.

If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us within 14 days of the estimated delivery date. We will work with the carrier to investigate the issue and, where applicable, offer a replacement or refund. However, once the carrier marks your package as “Delivered” to the shipping address provided, Calixolii is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage that occurs after delivery. Please ensure your delivery location is secure. We recommend using a secure delivery address or carrier pick-up location if theft is a concern.
